Project partners: Lable and Noorderbreedte

Lable aims at making complex matters simple. Simple things are pleasant to use and make you feel confident about your actions. Using this mindset Lable and Noorderbreedte together worked on the EZLP, the electronic care living plan: an web application for clients, their families and careworkers at Noorderbreedte.

Noorderbreedte's organization consists of twelve care centres, Noorderbeedte home care, residential care for special focus groups and the serviceorganisation 'Nynke' all situated in Friesland, the Netherlands. From these care centres care and service is provided to people throughout the region. Also, Noorderbreedte provides small scale nursing care to people who need intensive and special care.
